Job Overview

* Provide high-quality care to patients, including assessment and monitoring of their physical and emotional state
* Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care and management
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
You will also be required to hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support and a current NDIS clearance.
