About The Role:
As a Readiness Services Consultant at CrowdStrike's, you will be a strategic partner helping customers prepare for incident response, maximize their CrowdStrike Services investment, and achieve their security objectives. This role combines relationship management, technical advisory, and program optimization to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Location: Flexible within Australia, Singapore and Japan
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow strategic relationships with Services retainer customers through structured account management and regular engagementDrive customer preparedness through education, strategic planning, and optimization of their CrowdStrike Services investmentCoordinate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure alignment of customer needs with service capabilitiesExecute timely account reviews, follow-up documentation, and service scopingDevelop and maintain customer success plans with clear next stepsContribute to program enhancement initiatives and best practices developmentSupport team pipeline growth through strategic account expansion
What You’ll Need:
Experience in cybersecurity services, including incident response or management, or customer success, or advisory consultingProven track record of managing senior-level relationships in technical environmentsSound knowledge of the cyber threat landscape and current incident response trendsStrong project coordination capabilities with emphasis on customer serviceExcellence in both written and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong workload management skills - including balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detailClear competency in managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously
