We are seeking reliable and experienced Storepersons to join our clients teams in Newcastle.
The ideal candidate will have a forklift ticket, solid stores experience, and be capable of handling a variety of warehouse duties ensuring smooth and effective operation.
Responsibilities
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to move stock
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and on time
Unpacking deliveries and putting stock away in designated locations
Preparing products for delivery, including checking quantities and condition
Performing manual handling tasks in compliance with WHS procedures
Maintaining a clean organised and safe warehouse workplace
Your Profile
Valid forklift ticket with experience (mandatory)
Proven stores or warehouse experience
Experience using overhead cranes is highly desirable
Robust manual handling skills and awareness of safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
