We’re looking for a capable Duty Manager to help lead the team and keep the venue running smoothly across service, compliance, and day-to-day operations. As Duty Manager, you’ll be a key leader on shift, supporting the General Manager and taking ownership of service standards, team performance, and guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and thrives on leading from the front. What you’ll do Lead shifts and ensure smooth front-of-house operations. Support, coach, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service. Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and any operational issues professionally. Oversee compliance, safety, and venue presentation standards. Assist with stock control, cash handling, and daily close procedures. Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve venue goals. What we’re looking for Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role in hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills. A hands-on approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Sound understanding of RSA, compliance, and safe venue operations. Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
