Previous experience in aged care and an understanding of the ACFI and Aged Care Standards is highly desirable.In this role, you will work across all areas in the facility including acute and aged care.
The Registered Nurse works with the Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and Health Care workers to ensure person-centred care and evidence-based practice is provided to residents and patients in the facility.
The successful applicant will be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of allocated and delegated nursing care activities to assist the patient/resident in meeting care needs and health outcomes.
