About the team

The Professional Development and Culture team drives learning and culture initiatives across the Australian Sports Commission (ASC). Our team works closely with stakeholders across the whole organisation to promote enterprise learning opportunities and support targeted, role specific learning for staff. Our team is passionate and dedicated to empowering people to learn, grow and build a strong culture at the ASC.
About the role
–
The Professional Development and Culture Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of learning initiatives at the ASC and providing a great customer experience. This includes:
* Navigation and use of our Learning Management System (LMS)
* Forging great relationships across all levels at the ASC
* Planning and coordinating a range of learning activities
* Promoting learning opportunities across a range of communication channels
* Partnering with key vendors to deliver learning across the ASC.
About you
–
The successful candidate will have the following essential criteria:
* Excellent stakeholder and engagement skills.
* Sound experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Experience working in the field of HR, especially in the areas of learning and development and workforce engagement.
* Strong knowledge and experience in communicating learning needs to stakeholders.
* Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A willingness to learn, share and adapt.
This position is offered as a
FIXED TERM
position
until
5 January 2027
with the possibility of being extended or made ongoing.
