Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Extensive diary and travel management
- Correspondence on behalf of the legal team where appropriate
- Coordinate team meetings, functions and events
- Liaising with external suppliers (law firms)
- Processing expenses
- General administrative support
- Coordination of leadership team meetings
- Minimum 5-6 years' Legal EA/PA experience
- Advanced MS Office Skills (advanced PowerPoint skills are advantageous)
- Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems
- Corporate presentation and communication
- High level of organisational and time management skills with a strong capacity to work under pressure, multi-task and manage matters of a confidential and sensitive nature within tight deadlines
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Is proactive and patient with stakeholders and demonstrates high ethical standards, integrity and commitment to all business and commercial dealings
