As Client Manager in our Adelaide team, you will have ownership of the day-to-day relationships with our clients and media across established portfolios. You'll help to lead the end-to-end delivery of brand and media campaigns from strategy, planning, implementation and reporting across various channels, with support of a Client Executive.
Please note this is a minimum 1-year fixed term contract.
Core responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including strategy, planning, buying, implementation and reporting, across multi‑channel brand media (TV, radio, OOH, print, cinema, VOD and display).
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing evolving needs with confidence and autonomy. Drive high‑quality client service by ensuring timelines, budgets, reporting accuracy, optimisation recommendations and stakeholder communication are consistently maintained.
Oversee and mentor the Client Executive, guiding workflow, quality, and development while collaborating with wider teams.
Use planning and trading tools including to support cross‑channel planning and delivery.
A bit about you:
Experience within a media agency is preferred, however we're open to those with proven client management skills and confidence running campaigns autonomously.
Can present with confidence, delivering clear, actionable strategic recommendations grounded in your understanding of clients' business objectives.
Have a solid understanding of the Australian media landscape and marketplace dynamics.
Familiarity with media tools and platforms, or a willingness to learn the industry systems required to plan, load, check, optimise and report on campaigns.
A natural team leader and mentor, able to guide junior talent while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and clients. Positive, resilient and committed to delivering excellent work with a can‑do mindset.
