Qualifications and experience Have experience working within a childcare centre, and have a Diploma-level certificate or be able to obtain one;Be able to establish positive educator/parent relationshipsEnsure that Oxanda's philosophy, policies and procedures are upheld and implemented;Have a valuable knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQF, NQS, State and Commonwealth Regulations;All potential employees and volunteers will be required to comply with Oxanda's Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct Policy.
