We are seeking a Growth & Performance Manager (3 days per week) to own the commercial marketing engine of the business. This is a senior, hands-on ecommerce role for someone who knows how to turn traffic into revenue, customers into loyalists, and campaigns into sustained growth.

You own
* Shopify conversion and customer journey
* Email, retention and subscriptions
* Paid media strategy and agency performance
* Offers, bundles and campaign economics
* The marketing calendar from a revenue lens
You will work alongside our Brand & Creative Manager to ensure everything that looks beautiful also converts and scales.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead Shopify merchandising, funnels and conversion optimisation
* Own Klaviyo including flows, segmentation, campaigns and retention strategy
* Own subscriptions, loyalty and customer lifecycle performance
* Build and manage the commercial marketing calendar
* Lead and brief our paid ads agency (Meta, Google)
* Track and optimise ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate and repeat purchase
* Ensure campaigns are commercially sound and correctly implemented
* Provide clear weekly and monthly reporting
About You
You are a commercially driven senior digital and ecommerce marketer.
You
* Are highly confident working in Shopify
* Understand performance marketing and funnels
* Know how to scale email, retention and LTV
* Can manage agencies while owning the outcome
* Think in data, growth and profitability
What You'll Bring
* 7+ years in premium ecommerce, beauty, wellness or consumer brands
* Strong experience
across paid media management, CRM, CRO, SEO, and analytics
* Proven ability to grow conversion, AOV and retention
* High confidence with Shopify, Klaviyo, ad platforms, and analytics tools
* Experience in product-based DTC (and ideally B2B) brands
* Commercial and analytical mindset
