We're seeking a talented and driven professional to join our Corporate Services Division at the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.
This is your chance to be at the centre of our operations, supporting senior leaders and driving initiatives that shape the future of our organisation.
As the Divisional Project and Executive Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Division.
You'll provide high-level executive support to the Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and People and Culture Director, while also contributing to important governance committees such as White Ribbon and the Reconciliation Action Plan.
Your work will involve coordinating schedules, managing records and information systems, and assisting with the implementation of policies and initiatives that make a real difference.
This position is more than administration it's about delivering projects, supporting events, and helping to address complex and sensitive issues.
You'll also provide backup support to the Executive Director during the absence of the Executive Assistant and work closely with colleagues to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Special Conditions Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.
Ongoing opportunity, full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements Possession of a current driver's licence and willingness to drive.
Out of hours work and inter / intrastate travel may be required.
Australian residency or current works permit is required (responsibility of applicant to provide evidence of a current work permit).
You acknowledge your work, health and safety obligations and our expectations when applying for a role.
The incumbent will be required to undertake emergency management training and must be willing to participate in emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities required by government agencies.
Remuneration ASO4 - $76,561 min - $80,256 max per annum, plus superannuation
