Job Description
What you will be doing:
As Assistant Reservations Manager, you will assist with managing the daily operations and running specific shifts within the Reservations team, ensuring the continued success of our operation.
You will be highly motivated to drive all business into our properties to increase occupancy levels and provide exceptional customer service, while ensuring all staff are up-to-date with training and perform to the best of their ability.
Your experience and skills include:
* 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
* Experience in managing the Groups segment (Business & Leisure), including strategy implementation and quotations.
* Experience with systems such as Opera Cloud, Excel, and Microsoft Office is desirable.
* Experience with a hotel loyalty program is an asset.
* Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business demands.

Our Hotel
The Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport is a dual-branded, 464-room hotel opened on 1 July 2024.
Located just steps from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport, it offers access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co-working space, and various food & beverage venues: Boccata, Small Holdings, and Amber State, forming the hub of the mixed-use precinct.
