Are you a creative storyteller who loves bringing ideas to life through video, design, and authentic community building? We’re looking for a Social Content Creator & Community Manager to join our team and work closely with both our in-house marketing team and our digital agency to deliver engaging, scroll-stopping content and meaningful online interactions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in production but also enjoys connecting with audiences, building relationships with creators and brands, and making sure our social channels feel alive and authentic.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with our agency to bring campaign strategies to life through high-quality video, photography, and graphic design.
Film, edit, and publish social-first content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In that drives engagement and brand visibility.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage, team moments, customer stories, and trending content ideas.
Actively manage our social communities by monitoring comments, messages, tags, and online reviews, ensuring prompt and thoughtful responses.
Proactively engage with creators, partners, and complementary brands to grow our reach and foster collaborations.
Build relationships with brand advocates and turn them into ambassadors.
Track and report on social performance using analytics tools like Meta Insights and Tik Tok Analytics, and use insights to inform future content.
Maintain a well-organised content library of images, videos, and design assets.
Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh, innovative content ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in creating and managing content for social media (show us your portfolio or handles).
Skilled in video production and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
Strong photography and design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
Natural communicator who enjoys engaging with audiences and building relationships online.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Confident behind the camera and happy to feature on-screen when needed.
Curious, creative, and always looking for new ways to connect with audiences.
Experience with community management and influencer/creator outreach is a plus.
