Australian Dairy Park (ADP) is a subsidiary of Ausnutria Australia. ADP is a dairy business manufacturing formulated milk powders for infants, toddlers, and adults for domestic and overseas markets.
The Senior Procurement Officer plays a key role in executing and supporting end-to-end procurement activities across raw materials, packaging, consumables, and services. This position ensures compliance with internal procedures, supports documentation and reporting, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet operational and regulatory needs.
The role will also support the development and implementation of procurement processes and policies to drive efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals.

Coordinate purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, consumables, and services in accordance with approved specifications and budgets.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, complete documentation, and quality compliance.
Manage quotation comparisons, support price negotiation, and assist in contract setup.
Manage and review import documentation for international shipments including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and health certificates.
Ensure compliance with Australian import licensing requirements and coordinate with customs brokers as needed.
Maintain accurate and complete procurement records (POs, contracts, supplier evaluations).
Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and delegated authority frameworks.
Assist in internal or external audits related to purchasing activities.
Work closely with R&D, quality, finance, production, and warehouse teams to support supply continuity and specification accuracy.
Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with cross-functional teams (e.g. ODL R&D and Quality).
Assist the Procurement Manager in building and updating procurement procedures, SOPs, and policy documents.
Support implementation of best practices in vendor qualification, sourcing, and purchasing operations.
Key Requirements
Mandarin Speaking will be a plus but not complusory
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in the dairy, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industry.
Experience in managing import documentation and import licensing.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proven ability to develop and implement procurement procedures and policies.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong planning and organisational skills.
