About the Role
Synergy is seeking Senior Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers with experience in ERP and digital implementation, Change Management, Communications, and Learning and Development to join our team.
Team and Development
As part of the Synergy Change Management Practice, you will be supported in your development and contribute to the team's goals. You will work closely with the Change Practice Leadership to enhance the professional capabilities of the change management practice.
Responsibilities
Design, plan, and deliver comprehensive change management solutions, including communications and learning strategies.
Apply change principles and skills to prepare stakeholders for change in complex projects.
Develop and evaluate training solutions aligned with organizational change management and communication strategies.
Facilitate discovery workshops and develop training using face-to-face, online, and virtual methodologies.
Produce high-standard change management deliverables on time.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using an accelerated approach.
Qualifications
Experience in ERP/digital implementation change management, communications, and L&D.
Government project experience preferred.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end change management solutions.
Change Qualification preferred.
Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain security clearance.
