The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a driven Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Adult Community Mental Health team.

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive assessment, treatment and management of adult patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and developing individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
">
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
">
* Providing expert clinical guidance and supervision to junior medical staff and trainees.
">
* Participating in regular case conferences, team meetings and professional development activities.
">

Minimum Requirements:
">
">
* To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and be registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.

* Applicants nearing completion of Fellowship or the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (or equivalent) will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
