As a Warehouse Supervisor at Mulford, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our distribution centre. This full-time position is based in our Balcatta, Perth facility, where you will be responsible for a range of warehousing and logistics tasks to support the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop team members to complete daily tasks
* Receiving and unloading incoming goods and materials accurately and efficiently
* Checking and inspecting stock to ensure quality and quantity meet requirements
* Accurately picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
* Assisting with inventory management and conducting stock takes
* Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and competently
* Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
* Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
* An enthusiastic approach to a career in a warehousing or logistics role
* Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment
* Must hold a current LF forklift licence
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work and manage as part of a team
* Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks
* Must have Australian work rights for this position
