Greencross Vets Cannington is looking for a Practice Manager to lead the reopening of our clinic – could it be you? The role requires a veterinary background, such as a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
About the Clinic
Located within a busy Petbarn retail store, the clinic connects directly with a large and engaged pet‐owning community.
Your Day‐to‐Day
* Oversee clinic operations and ensure smooth day‐to‐day running
* Lead, support, and develop the team
* Manage rostering, inventory, and HR processes
* Recruit and build a strong nursing team
* Drive continuous improvement in systems and workflows
* Maintain a high level of client service and team engagement
About You
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
* Veterinary industry experience (essential)
* Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A calm and solutions‐focused approach
* A proactive mindset with the ability to build and improve systems
* A genuine passion for team culture and patient care
