What's the role?
Based out of our Brisbane Airport office as a Customer Service Operator, you will be primarily responsible for receiving both phone bookings and delivery queries from customers as well as handling driver enquiries to ensure that our customer delivery needs are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing customer accounts while maintaining a high level of service.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills and grow with a successful, fast‐paced organisation.
