Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing and optimising Salesforce CRM across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards, and drive adoption and compliance among field sales teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM across ANZ to guarantee data integrity and process alignment
* Create and customise reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leaders
* Drive CRM adoption and compliance among field sales teams to support performance tracking
* Assign tasks and focus sheets to the sales team and monitor KPIs against business goals
* Collaborate with sales leaders and managers to deliver tools and data that improve customer engagement
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance CRM usability and effectiveness
Requirements
* Strong Salesforce experience (administrator, specialist, or advanced user level)
* Able to analyse data, generate insights, and present recommendations
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders and influence adoption
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
* Prior exposure to sales operations or supporting field sales teams an advantage
