What you’ll do:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels including Partners, Team Leaders, Employees, People & Culture Partners, and Support Functions.
- Provide proactive and high-quality advice, efficient problem solving and health and safety support to the firm and our businesses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of practical and effective health, safety and wellbeing practices and procedures to establish and contribute to a culture of wellbeing, health and safety.
- Provide health and safety coaching, and facilitate the development of WHS capability across the firm.
- Support the management and investigation of health and safety incidents, and implementation of corrective actions or enhanced risk controls.

What we’re looking for:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (post graduate qualifications desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in a WHS advisory or business partnering role (corporate experience desirable).
- Knowledge of contemporary safety practices, including Human Organisational Performance or ‘Safety Differently’ approaches.
- Experience in the statutory and regulatory WHS framework across all Australian jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated experience planning and implementing procedures and risk management initiatives.
- Ability to deal with complex problems with high ambiguity where solutions are not defined.

What you’ll gain:

- Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what’s best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.
- Clear paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
- Generous leave entitlements to support your work-life balance - including floating public holidays, birthday leave and ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks.
- A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life.
