Administrative Support Professional
We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to provide essential front-of-house and operational support at our Shepparton and Seymour Service Centres.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing a range of administrative tasks including procurement, accounts payable/receivable, and purchasing
* Coordinating client and visitor movements relevant to the locations
* Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
Requirements:
* Experience within an administrative capacity and reception experience would be advantageous
* Well-developed computer literacy
* Assisting clients to navigate the linkages between the department's range of services
