We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at a premium, client-focused environment in Victor Harbor. The successful candidate will provide personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation to clients with dementia or disability.

Essential Requirements
* National Police Clearance (within 2 years)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2)
