Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic support staff member to provide individualized assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities and implement individual education plans.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting pupils with diverse needs in a school setting. A strong understanding of strategies for supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties is essential. You must be able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues alike.
