Start (or grow) your Speech Pathology career in a clinic that genuinely supports you! If you’re a new graduate looking for strong supervision, a gradual caseload build, and a warm multidisciplinary team, this is the kind of role that builds confidence quickly. Two clinic locations available: Liverpool or Hurstville Recent graduates as well as early career clinicians are encouraged to apply! Why you will love working here Competitive salary: $80,000 super (new grads) plus bonus incentives up to $5,000 Flexible work arrangements: full-time or part-time options with hybrid flexibility, including one work-from-home day per week (role dependent) Outstanding facilities: modern clinic with 12 consultation rooms, a new sensory gym, and a group therapy room Manageable caseloads: steady caseload increase as you build confidence and capability, with clear expectations and support to get you there Collaborative environment: work alongside a team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists Local travel only: typically 10–15 minutes from the clinic, planned efficiently Bigger group support without losing the small-clinic feel: you’ll keep the close team culture and day-to-day clinic identity, while benefiting from stronger back-end systems and compliance support (e.g., policies, audits and operational processes), plus broader internal career pathways and cross-progression opportunities Service recognition and benefits: existing service time is recognised for access to enhanced benefits as they become available (e.g., improved parental leave) Structured supervision and learning: Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Speech Pathologist Team Leader Fortnightly peer support Regular team meetings and training Two-week induction with a gradual client build (no “sink or swim”) Professional development: up to $5,000 annual PD allowance About the role You will work with a diverse NDIS and private caseload, supported by a strong MDT and clear clinical systems. Caseload options: Paediatric-only, or Mixed ages (approximately 70% paediatrics / 30% adults; not a full adult caseload) Services include: Speech, fluency, literacy skills, voice, social skills, feeding and swallowing, and group programs. Hybrid working is available across clinic/community/telehealth, with flexibility depending on your caseload and interests.
