We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on a Full Time basis. This collaborative role requires you to use your interpersonal, project and facilities management expertise to shape an efficient workspace, based on site, five days a week in Melbourne.

Our Workplace Partners play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimising the workplace environment. You will serve as the primary liaison to assigned business units within the larger workplace, bringing the workday experience to life by delivering exceptional services and support to all office users. You will be tasked with optimising the workplace for comfort, productivity and efficiency, while overseeing coordination, planning, and delivery of minor workspace moves, as well as monitoring facilities standards like cleaning and maintenance.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in office and workplace management, however demonstrated skills in effective communication and excellent stakeholder and project management skills are more highly desired. You embody our values and prioritise outstanding service. Whilst you will work closely with prominent clients in the banking sector, you will also gain great alignment and exposure to our global facilities management team.


The Role:

* Provide excellent and engaging customer service to client stakeholders whilst delivering on client expectations
* Take the lead in coordinating and managing workspace moves, changes and transitions
* Ensure workplace functionality is optimised by ensuring work, collaboration and break-out areas as well as meeting rooms are all issue-free on a daily basis
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of safety cultures: e.g. incident reporting/hazard identification/client-specific safety systems and requirements
* Ensure facilities and maintenance tasks are raised and completed from initiation to resolution
* Demonstrate a keen eye for process improvement actively engaging in the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows to facilitate consistent and optimised operations

The Position Requires Strong Skills in Stakeholder Management, Excellent Communication, Team Player, Time Management, and Problem-Solving.

This role will require the completion of a background check.
