We're supporting a major Australian federal agency delivering a large-scale case-management platform built on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
They're looking for a Principal Dynamics CRM Developer (EL2-equivalent) who can bring real engineering depth while lifting capability across multiple squads.
What you'll be doing
Leading engineering practices across platform, automation and integration squads
Providing technical leadership, coaching and code review discipline
Building high-quality plugins, custom workflows and client-side logic using C# and JavaScript
Reviewing technical designs, shaping patterns and ensuring architectural alignment
Partnering closely with solution architects while remaining hands-on
Guiding integration work across APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate and custom patterns
Managing structured release processes, DevOps troubleshooting and environment governance
Supporting production issues, triaging and assisting with fixes when required
