case-management platform
built on
Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
. They're looking for a
Principal Dynamics CRM Developer (EL2-equivalent)
who can bring real engineering depth while lifting capability across multiple squads.

What you'll be doing
* Leading engineering practices across
platform, automation and integration
squads
* Providing
technical leadership, coaching and code review discipline
* Building high-quality plugins, custom workflows and client-side logic using
C# and JavaScript
* Reviewing technical designs, shaping patterns and ensuring architectural alignment
* Partnering closely with solution architects while remaining hands-on
* Guiding integration work across APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate and custom patterns
* Managing structured release processes, DevOps troubleshooting and environment governance
* Supporting production issues, triaging and assisting with fixes when required
