Job Overview
As a project leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that bring our roadmap to life.
You will champion collaborative delivery and stakeholder satisfaction, working closely with business and technical teams to guide project delivery using established frameworks and agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver cross-functional projects.
* Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
* Provide regular project updates to executives and stakeholders.
You will also coach delivery teams and subject matter experts to ensure project alignment and success, monitor outcomes against initiative benefits and customer satisfaction targets, and support change management and adoption activities across impacted teams.
The successful candidate will have solid experience leading complex projects in medium or large organisations, a strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and risk management, and the ability to balance structure with agility, adapting delivery to suit business needs.
They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience reporting to senior audiences, exposure to change management and Agile delivery approaches, and be highly organised and outcomes-driven.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Experience in financial services or similar regulated environments is desirable.
* Scrum or other Agile certification is an advantage.
