This is achieved through end-to-end process management, use of innovative new technologies and a cross-skilled, capable workforce.COO Strategic Workforce Planning team is responsible for long- and short-term forecasting, scheduling, real-time support, WFM system maintenance and Future Workforce.To be successful in this role, some of the broad roles and responsibilities may include:Provide leadership, capability development and coaching to a team of workforce analysts.Lead co-ordination and execution of daily scheduling of workforce in consultation with the business to maximise business performance.Utilise workforce planning tools, applications and systems and develop team capability to do the same.Manage the translation of complex, structured and unstructured data to a simple reporting, providing guidance and assistance to others to draw valuable insights.Drive automation of high quality and timely reporting across business areas.Lead the development of performance reporting to service staff at an individual, team and group level.Provide stakeholders with scheduling advice, impact assessments and performance planning resources.Manage the scheduling of resources to support business key performance indicators, service levels and training targets.Manage strategic forecasting of workload, including trends and impacts.Identify opportunities through data set measures and leverage to consult on recruitment strategy and workload requirements.Identify risks through root cause analysis and escalate where required.Collaborate with wider team to deliver the ultimate experience to stakeholders and customers.We’re interested in hearing from people who possess the following:Strong demonstrated experience in forecasting and workforce planningStrong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to support with requirements definition, report scope and planningStrong people leadership experienceAbility to juggle multiple prioritiesWorking with usWe support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
