Engineering Applications (ENAP) is a respected engineering company located in Hemmant with over 40 years' experience in the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of varying types of process plant & equipment.
ENAP services a diverse range of industries including the food, manufacturing, mining, chemical and materials handling industries. We enjoy a diverse range of work including designing, fabricating, installing and maintaining tanks, vessels, chutes, hoppers, bins, structures, platforms, walkways, stairs, conveyor systems, pipe-work and many different types of ancillary equipment.
Due to an increase in our workload, we currently have positions available for trade qualified site Boilermaker's to service our diverse client base.
**Reporting to the Site Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor, the preferred applicants will possess the following;**
- Certificate III in Engineering - Heavy Fabrication (or equivalent trade qualification)
- Construction Induction White Card
- High Risk Licence, Forklift, EWP - Dogman/Rigging/Franna crane licence desirable
- Current working at heights and confined space certificate
- Ability to work safely to ENAP and client safety plans, including participating in development of Safe Work Method Statements / Job Safety Analysis, and then working to the control measures.
- Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot and adapt to various client sites and situations
- Ability to work in team environments, but work autonomously at times
- Effective time management and strong communication skills
- Read and interpret technical drawings and designs
- Perform fabrication and assembly of components in workshop and site environments.
- Relevant experience in structural fabrication or fabrication in medium to heavy industry and site installation work
- **The ability to pass a weld test to AS1554 standard - MIG and Stick**
