* Monitor stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control to maintain excellent department standards.
* Simplify processes and adhere to audit, food safety, and compliance standards.

* Deliver outstanding shopping experiences for customers.
About Your Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
* Direct/indirect leadership experience requiring leadership, coaching, and development skills.
