About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Department Manager / Coordinator at our K algo orlie Store to help contribute to our ongoing success. As Department Manager / Coordinator at Bunnings you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management within your specialist area. You will work closely with fellow Coordinators in departments such as Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden whilst reporting directly to your Operations and Complex Manager. You and your team of 20+ members will be efficient, organized and be the go‐to for our fantastic customers.
Responsibilities
* Recruiting, training and developing new team members
* Ensuring health & safety standards across your department and store
* Action customer feedback to improve the end‐to‐end customer experience
* Coordinate stock, visual merchandising and replenishment
* Monitor and measure customer service levels, liaise with merchandising, store leadership and H&S and engage suppliers
* Train and develop your team, provide best experience to customers and showcase our widest range and best prices
Qualifications
* Experience supervising and leading customer‐facing teams of 15+ in a large retail environment
* Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to changing customer and business requirements quickly
* Ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
* Results‐orientated and culture‐focused mindset, fostering a positive team environment driven by great customer experiences
* Attention to detail with focus on customer experience, safety and engagement of your team
