Fourth Woman Therapy is an NDIS-registered provider offering high-quality Behaviour Support and Counselling services
under the NDIS, Medicare, and Victim Services schemes. Our team supports neurodivergent individuals and clients living with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Schizophrenia, Dementia, and complex trauma.
We are proud of our strong track record with clients and auditors, and are now looking to expand our small, values-driven team.
We're looking for professionals who are:
* Based in Sydney
with capacity for
in-person work
* Experienced
(minimum 2 years) in disability or mental health
* Trauma-informed, ethical, and aligned with NDIS principles
* Compassionate, proactive, and passionate about capacity-building
* Able to collaborate with BSPs and work independently under supervision
Role Description (Casual – Hybrid)
This role involves working directly with NDIS participants under the supervision of a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP), including:
* Implementing behaviour support plans
* Delivering therapeutic skill-building sessions
* Supporting clients with communication, emotional regulation, and routines
* Participating in case team discussions
* Maintaining compliant and timely notes and reports
Please note:
This is not a BSP position. It is ideal for Behaviour Technicians, ABA Therapists, or Special Needs Educators who wish to contribute meaningfully and grow within the sector.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum
1-2 years
relevant experience (disability, education, behaviour therapy)
* Qualifications in
Behavioural Science, Psychology, Education, Allied Health
or related fields
* Strong understanding of
NDIS practice standards
and
Positive Behaviour Support
principles
* Ability to work ethically within a trauma-informed framework
* Comfortable working
autonomously
and under BSP supervision
* Must have (or be willing to obtain):
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current ABN and professional insurance
* Valid driver's licence & access to own vehicle
