* Facilitate recruitment, induction, and training of team members.
* Conduct Performance Management of Cinema Employees – coach, counsel, appraise.
Revenue and Financial Responsibility
* Meet operational targets for location.
* Analyse Operating Statements and daily performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action.
