Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate recording and tracking of colleague documentation throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administration processes and IHG people technology systems.
* Provide first point of contact for HR-related queries.
* Partner with recruitment team to receive new starter e-pafs and support timely contract development.
* Coordinate onboarding compliance and welcome experience for new starters.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and payroll coordination.
Requirements:
* Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
* Eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail industries (highly desirable).
* Strong MS Office capabilities and technology savviness.
* Professional paid or work experience in Human Resources capacity.
* Genuine willingness to try new experiences and support colleagues.
* A strong understanding and respect for confidentiality and legal frameworks.
