LawVu is a fast-growing global SaaS company redefining how in-house legal teams operate. With a rapidly expanding Australian and international footprint, LawVu is looking for a Senior Implementation Services Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding and ensure customers realise value quickly and effectively.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll own end-to-end implementation delivery, from post-sale through to successful handover.
You'll lead enterprise projects from the front, driving timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery stays on track.
Working across clients and internal teams (product, engineering, customer success), you'll act as the central point of coordination, managing priorities, navigating challenges, and delivering outcomes.
The role is about execution, inspiration and leadership, ensuring projects land successfully and clients are delighted.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects (typically 8–12 weeks)
* Build and manage detailed implementation plans (Gantt/Kanban)
* Engage and manage key stakeholders across client organisations
* Translate client requirements into practical, scalable solutions
* Configure and onboard new customers into the LawVu platform
* Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve delivery
* Ensure smooth transition from implementation to customer success
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years in implementation, project, or change management
* Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* A consultative mindset with strong problem‐solving ability
* Ideally, exposure to the legal or professional services sector
