About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Remarketing Manager to lead our Remarketing team and drive success through innovation and effective supply chain management.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end de-fleet process, driving best financial outcomes, ensuring asset stock is managed within required KPIs, and managing third-party service providers.
The successful candidate will have experience in the Leasing, Finance, or Automotive industry in a commercial position, with a proven history of developing pricing and profit strategies. They will also have the ability to deliver favourable customer outcomes while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end de-fleet process to maximize economic value during and at the end of lease, minimize disposal costs and expenses, and ensure asset stock is managed within required KPIs.
2. Develop and implement pricing and profit strategies to drive best financial outcomes, taking into account pricing levers of remarketing and leasing.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage third-party service providers, including auction and vehicle sale channels, inspection services, repairers, and other end-of-lease partners.
4. Formulate strategies for optimal sale outcomes, maintaining all Remarketing business processes, including end-of-lease requirements, fair wear and tear policies, and training documents.
5. Lead medium to large teams, delivering favourable customer outcomes, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience in the Leasing, Finance, or Automotive industry in a commercial position, preferably in a leadership role.
2. A strong understanding of pricing levers of remarketing and leasing, with experience in developing pricing and profit strategies.
3. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
5. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
