Position in nutshell
In collaboration with Project Managment team as well as WHS team, your job will be to drive the tender process, prepare detailed and accurate estimate of the cost and oversees the project from its initiation to completion.
Your duties
* advise about construction methods, material, quality standard on multiply projects simultaneously
* Contract Administration: Preparing SWMS, ITP, SOW, PRP, Site Establishment rules, Risk assessment, Contractor Evaluation, Take-offs and BOQ and Estimating using First principles
* Preparing detailed and accurate estimate for demolition and excavation process and civil and structural Engineering
* analyse behavior of soil and rock under pressure and proposed structures and design structural foundation
* Interpreting drawings engineering and architectural and different specification to assist project team with estimate labor cost, construction materials, plant and equipment and ensure those are within budget limits
* Managing and negotiating with Perfect clients all variation of Perfect the projects, assessing effect on the cost, measuring valuing and ensuring best design is implemented and monitored
* Conducting studies to ascertain the value and feasibility of a project before proceeding.
* During project liaise with site labor regarding construction material, plant equipment
* Organize and coordinate site activities
* design the physical aspects of transportation systems such as highways, railroads etc
About you
* Minimum qualification - Bachelor of Civil Engineering
* 2 years experiance as a civil engineer
* Skills in Project management, estimation, project engineering and tender design
* Proven skills in Contract administration
* Proficient in research data Review, and feasibility assessment
* previous experience in Subcontractor Management
* Experience in infrastructure demolition decommissioning study is highly desirable
* Experience in site management and coordination of works during project

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
