Role Overview
As a Home Care Professional, you will provide support to clients enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
We have multiple opportunities for professionals like you to join our team based in Port Macquarie.
* Providing assistance with daily living tasks such as showering, administering medications, transportation or respite care.
* Offering everyday living support including domestic assistance, gardening, grocery shopping, or meal preparation.
* Maintaining accurate and timely records of client services.
* Recognising and reporting client risks via our incident management system.
What You Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services is highly desirable.
* A current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel.
* Registration and insurance for your vehicle.
* Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Confidence in utilising technology.
