**About the role at News Corp Australia**
The Senior Search Manager performs in-platform buying and analyses delivery of News Xtend's SEM clients. The role partners with the Campaign Management team to offer account optimisation strategies to drive performance
**What's the role?**
- Execute bid and buy strategies across SEM platforms adhering to News Xtend's client performance and pricing guidelines
- Ensure full delivery and performance standards of advertising campaigns are met while reviewing campaign performance to continually update best practices setup where needed
- Recommend forward thinking strategies and opportunities for improvement in bid and buy strategies and identify if strategy amends are required for existing customers, for example performance above/below target, client KPI's review, customer onsite experience improvements
- Adhere to the appropriate SLA's during daily activities
- Communicate with your Team Lead on process and analytics improvement opportunities
- Produce robust post campaign analysis by utilizing data via SEM buying platforms
- Utilize your deep understanding of actionable optimisation opportunities to execute on these;
- Develops, leads and delegates discipline level projects, i.e.Google Optiscore, platform audits, Google Performance/DR testing, internal process improvements
- Offer technical support, troubleshoot underperforming or under delivering campaigns and discrepancies
- Assist in training and development of junior operations and client services staff when required
**Seniority**

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
