Award winning Thai restaurant in Springwood, Queensland is on the hunt for an experienced chef to join our amazing team.
$74K+ per annum
We are seeking for an experienced and talented chef who has the passion and ability to lead our team to provide our guests with a superior dining experience.
You will be responsible for cooking our amazing food with attention to details and quality, also advising on cooking procedures
Cleaning and maintaining high standard of hygiene through the kitchen area to meet Health Department requirements
Estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and staff
Willing to learn and work hard to your ability
Must have experience in Asian cooking or understanding the basics of Asian cooking with a minimum of 1 years
Being able to work under pressure with positive thinking
Successful candidates must possess the following:
- Completed Diploma in Commercial /cookeryor higher
- Efficient communication in English
- Passion for creating high quality food
- Excellent presentation and enforce personal hygiene
- Solid leadership skill
- Must have a can do attitude
- Must be able to work on weekends
