**About the Role**
As a skilled Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of presentation and food quality for our buffet service. With your passion for cooking, you will work closely with our dedicated kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversight of the daily buffet operation to ensure high-quality presentation and consistency.
* Engagement with guests to address enquiries and provide an exceptional dining experience.
* Collaboration with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and organisation in the kitchen environment.
* Adherence to food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all staff and guests.
* Maintenance of a clean and hygienic working environment at all times.
* Uphold the RACV standard by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests.
**What We Are Looking For:**
* Previous experience as a cook in a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with ability to follow direction and work well within a team environment.
* Committed to delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
* Full working rights in Australia.
