Currently we are looking for Japanese Speaking IT Support Analyst for our client in Southeast of Melbourne. Working for a global company and you will be responsible for Level 1 support providing assistance and support to questions and troubleshoot from employees. Work from home is available. Japanese and English bilingual role for 12 months contract on full-time basis via HOBAN Recruitment hours working from Modnay to Friday.
**Key Responsibilities and Major Duties**
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve enquiries
- Escalate to the appropriate department (Lv2) if required
- Log and manage enquiries and requests using tracking system
- Analyse and identify trends of enquiries in issue reporting and devising preventive solutions
- Follow up any pending requests and enquiries
- Update knowledge database for continuous learning purpose
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English
- Handle any ad-hoc duties requested by managers
**Experience and Skills**
- Preferably Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, computer science or similar
- 0-5 years of prior related work experience in a technical support environment, or a help desk environment 9ALl level are welcome)
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyse computing issues
- Ability to explain technical information to clients, management and peers with effective verbal and written communication
- Fluent in Japanese and English
