We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist in Mackay.
* The primary role involves delivering outstanding service to customers, responding to queries, sourcing parts and providing updates on backorders. Ensuring seamless customer interactions is essential in this position.
* Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with warehouse tasks including picking, packing and storing stock; performing daily inventory replenishment and supporting the stocktake process. You will also handle customer transactions while maintaining showroom displays, managing stock rotations and ensuring the counter area remains tidy.
