The Role
Based at our Kalgoorlie location, this is a hands-on role. You will lead branch operations and provide local operational servicing of customers.
Supporting Branch Operations when needed with receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and stocktaking goods.
Taking ownership of our local VMI program to ensure that agreed stock levels are always maintained.
Working closely with Customer Service to resolve any customer issues quickly.
Getting involved in improvement ideas that help the team work smarter and faster.
Spending time understanding our customers businesses and looking for opportunities to grow their account with us.
Travel to mine sites throughout the goldfields including in Leonora, Leinster and Kambalda to support our customers in those locations when needed.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need decades of experience — we're looking for someone reliable, energetic, outgoing and keen to learn. This role suits someone who has a passion for keeping the customer at core of all they do and has a wholistic view of servicing accounts. This is not a desk job. We are wanting someone who likes staying busy, works well in a team, and flexible to support the day to day requirements of the business.

Take pride in accuracy and doing things properly.
Have a can-do attitude, a positive outlook, and back the team.
Are open to feedback and enjoy improving how things are done.
