As part of the Early Careers team supporting our Financial Advisory business at PwC, you will be joining a high performing team, who are passionate about our various early career pathways ensuring that Candidate and People experience is at the heart of everything they do. Underpinned through strong project and program management this team delivers on ensuring successful new futures for our Early Careers new joiners. About the Opportunity As an Early Careers member supporting the Financial Advisory business, you'll find yourself in a culture that values operational excellence and self leadership. Alongside your peers, you'll solve problems handling large volumes of data ensuring integrity and accuracy for reporting. You'll use your skills in data analytics, communications, and coordination to make an impact across the business. As aCoordinator within our in our Early Careers Team, your impact will be seen by: Supporting all programs within Early Careers for Financial Advisory including, Graduates, Vacationers, Trainees and Alternative Career pathways Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience, through managing stakeholder queries and candidates alike Maintaining data integrity, reporting and communication Logistically coordinating and managing multiple career events and experiences Providing timely and insightful reporting on campus campaign data to relevant stakeholders Identifying and developing initiatives to enhance the candidate experience as well as continuous internal process improvements and facilitate change with solutions Involvement in national campus recruitment projects as required, attending on campus events where applicable and supporting throughout the campaign when required About you You are passionate about Early Careers and/or have a degree in Human Resources and are skilled in data analysis, Excel and Google Suite.
