* Manage relationships with external legal advisors and oversee litigation matters.
* Advise on governance frameworks, policies, and support M&A activities.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum of 5+ years of post-admission experience in general commercial law, gained in either private practice or an in-house environment.
* Sound understanding of corporate, contract, and commercial law, with exposure to property, intellectual property, and/or employment law being highly desirable.

* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
* High attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
