Human Resources Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Human Resources Specialist to collaborate with operational leaders and deliver effective people solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Partnership: Build trusted relationships with client groups to advise on operational HR matters and execute cyclical initiatives.
* Case Management: Manage minor to moderate HR cases (performance management, investigations, employee relations) in a timely and risk-aware manner.
* Trend Identification: Identify leadership capability gaps and people trends, propose practical solutions and escalate when necessary.
* Operational Guidance: Provide coaching and counsel on talent management, employee relations, performance, development, and organisational change.
* Project Support: Assist the HR Manager in designing and implementing initiatives focused on scaling for growth, culture, recognition, and retention.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver commercially viable, policy-aligned people solutions.
* Learning & Development: Help create a culture of learning with clear pathways for career progression.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise people data to inform recommendations and proactive interventions.
* Recruitment Support: Advise on functional recruitment processes, success profiles, and salary benchmarking, award, and remuneration reviews.
* HR Systems Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in HR systems - people moves, title changes, and leave entries.

Other Information
