Our Day of Surgery Area (DOSA) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to take a senior postion in our team providing care to patients admitting for both short term and long-term treatments. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care.
This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position.
About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 4 years post graduate experience in the perioperative space
* Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded
* A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
* Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
