As a Retail Team member, you will play an integral role in helping to deliver a successful retail activation at the upcoming Supercars event.
- A day in the life of the Bathurst 1000 Team Member:_
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with general queries and product information, as required.
- Provide recommendations to customers upon request on available products.
- Promote and up-sell retail merchandise to customers.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure the shop is highly presented.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as needed.
- All training you need will be provided!
- Bump-in & bump-out (event set-up/pack-down) shifts also available before and afterrace days.

- Previous experience in a customer service role in retail (*desirable, but notcompulsory)
- Previous experience using a Point of Sale/Cash register system (*desirable, but notcompulsory)
- Be an ambassador for the brand and teams you represent.
- Be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a busy and changing environment.
- Treat all members of staff, public and others with respect and integrity.
**Position Requirements**
- Be prepared to work a roster that includes the weekend, with early morning and late
- night shifts if required.
- Comply with Supercars and TPF OH&S policies and procedures
- Take reasonable care for the safety of your own health and safety and that of otherpeople.
- Adhere to any COVID health and safety protocols/mandates.

Pay: From $30.91 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
